Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services purchased through The Root Cellar (trootcellar.com). This policy applies to all items and services unless otherwise specified in writing by The Root Cellar. 

 

Damages and Exchanges 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team by emailing trootcellar@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include pictures of the damaged or defective item along with a description. Once eligibility has been proven a replacement will be sent.
